Ringo Starr

(Richard Starkey)

July 7, 1940

Ringo, Richard Starkey, was the oldest of the beatles, being three months older than John. As a child, Ringo was very sickly and missed a lot of school. Before he came to the Beatles, he was part of Rory Storm and the Hurricanes. The first song he wrote was, "If You've Got Trouble," which, unfortunatly, was not released on any of their albums. All in all, Ringo was a average drummer, but a key element of the Beatles.
